Subscriptions
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose My BodyQuest. Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple, so we can't cancel or refund them for you.
Website: use the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or email us.
I paid but the app still shows the paywall
Make sure you're signed in to the right account, then go to Me > Settings > Upgrade to Pro and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us.
How do I get a refund?
For purchases made in the iPhone app, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For website purchases, email us.

I forgot my password
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen in the app or at mybodyquest.com and we'll email you a reset link. If you signed up with Apple, Google or Facebook, sign in with that option instead.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Me > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your data. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first (see above).
How do I switch between kilograms and pounds?
In the app, go to Me > Settings. On the website, open your profile. Choose metric or imperial.
Safety & privacy
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the "⋯" menu on a profile, photo, comment or feed item and choose Report or Block. Blocked users can't see your content and you won't see theirs. To unblock someone, go to Me > Settings > Blocked Users. We review reports within 24 hours.
How do I stop sharing data with the AI coach?
Coach Nexus and Describe a Workout use Amazon Bedrock. To withdraw your consent, go to Me > Settings > AI Data Sharing. You'll be asked again before you use an AI feature.
